You will
need:
3 eggs
6 dl milk
2 ½ dl flour
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
First whisk the eggs with 3 deciliter of the milk.
Whisk in the flour to a lumpfree batter.
Then whisk in the salt and the rest of the milk.
Melt the butter and whisk it down in the batter.
Heat up the stove and fry the pancakes so they are golden
brown on both sides.
Serve it with some jam or suggar.
Difrenses between the recipes
In the english recipe they write cups instead of dl.
